Whereas:

  1. The 692 Run Club Association organizes training sessions, events, and other
    running-related sports activities open to all members of the run club and beyond.

  2. Participation involves physical risks, including injuries, falls, harm, or unpredictable events related to sports activities.

  3. This form is required pursuant to Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code and Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations to regulate the responsibilities between the association and participants.

Participant Declarations:

• I declare that I am in good physical condition and, if necessary, have consulted a doctor before engaging in the activity.

• I agree to participate entirely at my own risk and with full awareness of the associated risks.

• I release and hold harmless the 692 Run Club Association, its directors, coaches, members, and volunteers from any civil or criminal liability for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during or as a result of any activities organized by the run club; except in cases of intent or gross negligence pursuant to Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
